They were not transparent with fees. When you inquire over the phone, they would declare low fees but the dentist will eventually tell you exorbitant fees mid procedure not giving you the opportunity to think and decide. NOT recommending this place I think they need to improve on price transparency.

Clinic staff was unwelcoming. Dentist has sound approach and logic to management of case but needs improvement in bedside manners. However, he did not take a dental history nor explain the findings of his dental examination. There was a karaoke machine lodged in the waiting room which was not fully separated from procedure and examination room, privacy is at risk. In general, professionalism is poor.

Wont recommend here! the moment I sat on their receiving area, I was immediately asked to pay the full amount for the braces before any procedure was carried out. This upfront payment request was unusual and concerning. I inquired about the necessity of X-rays, and I was just told that I would bring the copy of my Xray on my first adjustment. As far as I know, X-ray is needed before any ortho procedure. The dentist also did not ask for any medical history or relevant information before applying the braces. This lack of due diligence is contrary to standard dental practice. The dentist's approach was unprofessional and dismissive. When I expressed discomfort and pain, the response was simply, “aw sakit jud na,” without any further reassurance. Additionally, the cleaning procedure was excessively painful, and there was no apology or effort to check on my comfort, which is typically expected in patient care. After the procedure, I discovered that many positive reviews on the clinic’s Facebook page were from what appeared to be fake or dummy accounts, which has further eroded my trust in their services. I requested to have the braces removed and issue a refund. The clinic owner refused to provide a refund, citing a policy I was not made aware of and did not sign any contract regarding such a policy. I eventually had the braces removed at another clinic. The new dentist informed me that the cement used by the previous clinic was excessively thick. This professional evaluation further underscores the poor quality of care I received. The staff also seemed like clueless on their role. They were only doing chismisan throughout the procedure which was highly unprofessional!
