My experience at Smile More Dental Clinic was excellent. I went in for a root canal treatment, and Dr. Hazhiel and Dr. Richard made sure the procedure was as comfortable as possible. They were very careful and thorough, explaining each step along the way, which helped ease any worries I had. The treatment was smooth and went better than I expected. I also had some adjustments made to my dental braces and a gum treatment. Both were handled with great care and attention to detail. The clinic uses modern techniques, which made me feel confident that I was getting the best care possible. Everything was done efficiently and with a focus on making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. What really stood out to me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Ms. Rose and Ms. Sheh were particularly helpful. They were always there to assist and made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood everything about my treatments. Their welcoming attitude really helped make the experience less stressful. Smile More Dental Clinic offers quality dental care at prices that are reasonable. It's nice to find a clinic that balances quality service with affordability. If you're looking for a reputable place for treatments like root canals, dental braces, gum care, and Cosmetic Dental Care, I would recommend giving Smile More a try. My visits there left me feeling that my dental health was in good hands, and I appreciate the genuine care they put into their work.

Had a good experience with this clinic until today when my husband and daughter booked with them (tooth extraction for my husband and cleaning for my daughter) They are Maxicare accredited so we always used our HMO and if there are costs that are outside of the agreed coverage, we happily pay for them. But today is absolutely ridiculous. The appointment was booked since December 2025. They KNOW that my husband will get a tooth extracted and my daughter will get teeth cleaning. On the day of the appointment: 1. They said my daughter has to PAY for her cleaning because apparently she can only avail of her Maxicare coverage on APRIL 2026 (her last cleaning was APRIL 2025). So you're telling us this on the DAY OF APPOINTMENT?? Do you not get approval from Maxicare for this and could you not inform us AHEAD OF OUR SCHEDULE??? Are you trying to get money out of us just because you can?! 2. They cannot do tooth extraction together with cleaning daw, so they re-scheduled my husband's tooth extraction to MARCH 2026. Again, you inform this to us ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT??? Gaano kahirap ito i-inform ahead of time knowing that you already did HUNDREDS of extraction??? So he went there for tooth extraction and did NOT get his tooth extracted, which we told you in December that this is the exact service he will get??? THIS IS ABSURD and I AM FURIOUS. Waste of travel money and time! That HMO is not free! I pay PREMIUM for that every year and this is not the service we deserve. If you plan to use HMO for this clinic, think twice dahil they are NOT proactively going to inform you of ANY issues with your booking. They will inconvenience you like what happened to us.
