However, I can wholeheartedly say that the wait is absolutely worth it for their exceptional quality of care. Went to this clinic due to severe pain from my dental crowns for more than a week and that my face is beginning to swell. I was under the service of Dr Ballejos (not sure if I spelled that right). So they performed an xray that printed on like a photo paper...not an xray film. The dentist said that there was no pus and that the cause of the pain was only from impeded nerves. She asked me to take advil until pain subsides and that I should come back so they can take my crowns off amd replace them (mind you..the crown that I prefer is worth 21k per tooth). She didn't explain further what other procedures to be done. So I sought for a second opinion from a private clinic. I showed them the xray result from Smiles city dental but they were surprised because it was only printed on a photo paper which makes readings inaccurate. So they performed another xray- ----this time...it was a real time xray where they can see on their monitor while performing the xray. They then found out that the infection has already scattered and that I need to take antibiotics for 7 days. After antibiotics, I would need a root canal treatment. It's my 4th day of antibiotic today and I feel so much better! Can't wait for my root canal treatment and crown replacement. In short....I DO NOT recommend Smiles City Dental Essentials. Worst dental service I've had.
