I had both a tooth extraction and braces done here, and the experience was excellent. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The clinic is clean and well-sanitized, which makes me feel safe and comfortable. They are also very responsive. My overall experience was great from start to finish! I highly recommend this clinic!

We decided to get our 8yo son's dental work done in the Philippines while we were there for our holiday. Months prior to our flight, I messaged several dental clinics to discuss our needs and book an appointment as my son's dental plan would require to put him under sedation. Only Smile Bay Dental Clinic promptly responded and even laid out an organized schedule and checklists of what needed to be done that was suited to our holiday's itinerary. They were easy to communicate with; they were honest and professional. We had an initial consultation on our first day in the Philippines (to see if there are necessary changes needed to the dental plan we had) and scheduled a later date in our itinerary to come back for the actual treatment. They kindly guided us through the requirements such as medical clearance from a gp, etc. Every step, procedure and fees were explained to us really well that our family felt confident throughout the process. Their service definitely compares to what we have here in Australia (if not better, because they are very warm and accommodating). My son went through an intense procedure because of several extractions and placement of crowns but their anesthesiologist and Dr. Sarah who worked on him made it a positive experience - as smooth and calm as it could be - for him. They also provided a fee-free follow up check up to ensure my son's mouth and teeth were recovering well. Safe to say my son would give them 5 stars as well - he just told me that he likes going to the dentist! Thanks, Smile Bay Dental Clinic.
