SMILE AVENUE DENTAL CLINIC

It's more than 48 hours of waiting and I haven't received any text message from Smile Avenue regarding the confirmation of my healthcard. I don't know if they really reached out with Maxicare to confirm my membership because this is the first time that it took more than an hour of confirmation for a dental appointment. FIRST TIME!!! If you really in need of money and just want to entertain walk-in clients, then kindly remove your name from the list of Maxicare accredited clinics! You don't deserve to be there! Your tagline "EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE..." doesn't show with the kind of service you have provided to me as one of your clients. You have incompetent staff!!! I am extremely disappointed! I would not recommend this clinic! Poor customer service! False advertisement!
