SJP Infirmary Diagnostic and Pharmacy

The staffs from guard to doctors are friendly and accommodating. They are also clean outside and inside. I like the improvements. I read mostly negative feedbacks and reviews but to my surprise they are very good.

I came for a physical examination and was initially told the cost was 750 pesos, which I agreed to. However, after the check-up, I was asked to pay an additional 300 pesos for the doctor's fee. This was not mentioned earlier, despite asking about the total cost. I’m bringing this to the management’s attention to emphasize the importance of clear and transparent billing—patients should be informed upfront of all charges to avoid confusion or frustration. I visited the Infirmary 3x, 1st when i was brought to ER, 2nd i did some test that was not done on the 1st day of visit and 3rd was today. I understand the policy of wearing the face mask, so if you will come without face mask you need to buy from them amountingto Php5.00. However, when i came today the Security Guard ( old man with white hair) on duty was rude. He is not even assisting well or anseering the inquiry, instead he is just using his hand to point anywhere else, as well as the lady who is sitting in front of information kiosk. I went to Extraction area to get my result, and while im waiting few of staff / employees are passing by withput wearing any mask. Why someone being rude just because im nlt wearing mask while your own workers are not wearing. Before you give instructions to other people make sure your workers are following and complyibg to your policies. Its not the amount were paying for the mask, its the attitude towards your patients. I wrote a feedback and gave to the front desk, however, i dont have assurance that, that paper will reach to your management as im sure after reading what i wrote, they will just throw it like nothing happen.,as there are no safety box to put those feedbacks to make sure your higher ups will have it. Other SG was good, only one is not, ER people was good. However, im not suggesting this place to visit. Please guide your employees to not act as thw owner of the building to treat the patients like that. Patients are paying for all the services and as a worker, our salary came from the guest/patients, so please atleast try to teach your colleagues a good attitude towards orher people. Specially the old man. Being rude doesn’t give him the authority to do that to other people.
