Extremely disappointing experience. We tried repeatedly to reach Singapore Diagnostics for an urgent laboratory result needed for chemotherapy, but no one was reachable through their customer contact channels. For a healthcare-related service, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. Delays in critical medical situations are not just inconvenient—they are dangerous. I sincerely hope management takes this very seriously and improves their customer support system. Update: We have now received the lab results. While the initial delay and difficulty in contacting support caused stress, we appreciate the eventual resolution and the staff’s efforts to release the results.
