The dentist was nice. The clinic is clean and pretty adequate.

Dentist was rude. Raising her voice and cutting me off when I was asking her questions. I made an appointment and informed them that I will be using my HMO. Not only I felt humiliated but also disappointed with the service. Other people on the waiting area probably heard her talking to me that way. Kaya nga nagpa consult sainyo to seek help with improvement and maintaining teeth health pero the dentist kept on blabbering about teeth irresponsibility when she could’ve been approachable and inform me in a nice way. May discrimination ata sa clinic nila pagdating sa mga HMO user.

Lost my smile. The dentist in this clinic was rude and judgmental. I told them ahead of time that I would be using my HMO, but instead of helping, the dentist lectured me telling how I shoul've taken care of my teeth and "You shouldn't just rely on insurance." I commuted for hours only to be turned away because I couldn’t pay upfront—even for a basic cleaning that’s clearly covered by my HMO. I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
