Thank you Sierra Eye Medical Center. :) The officers, staff, nurses and doctors were very attentive. Kudos! :) Thank you Sierra Eye and my father's eye cataract has been operated on. :)

NEVER AGAIN in this clinic! I cancelled my meetings to assist my father in his scheduled eye procedure since he is already a senior citizen. 1. My father is scheduled for his right eye on Sep 11 so we called last Sep 10 to confirm our schedule and what specific time do we need to be there. The person who answered the phone told us to be there by 7:30am. We arrived around 7:20am and we are advised to sit outside and wait until my father’s name was called. The doctor who will conduct the procedure to my father arrived at 10:30am. I understand if the doctor is late since he is from Manila accdg to the guard but since we are scheduled they should have made us come around 9am instead of 7:30am. 2. We handed over my father’s requirements to the guard and he gave it to the person inside and told us to wait again. After a series of follow ups, I noticed that all other patients were called except us so I asked if all of them were scheduled before us. They said consultations muna ang uunahin bago ang mga surgery and other procedures. I questioned since they arrived later than us and then we discovered that my father’s name is not even listed and the doctor is almost leaving the clinic already. 5hours kaming naghintay! Imagine if we did not raise our concern, my father wont be accommodated after hours of waiting. 3. They are very inconsistent. When my father consulted last Sep 4, the doctor mentioned that it was his right eye that will undergo the procedure. And on the actual, the doctor did the left one. So we asked why. He said wala naman daw sa right eye. They did not even show us yung sinasabi nilang niremove na nana. I asked my father kung may pagbabago ba after nung procedure and he said wala naman daw. Ano yun parang basta na kasi paalis na? I think wala silang system sa pagtanggap ng patients. So ayun. Nagastusan lang. Will go to other clinic/hospitals for second opinion na din para mas sure kasi grabe talaga ang frustrations ko dito. I hope hindi mangyari sa ibang patients especially yung ibang seniors na walang kasama para mag assist sa kanila.
