I felt humiliated during my visit here. It seems they don’t genuinely care about your fur babies; they only want your money. If they sense you’re on a budget, they’ll say it to your face—and even warn the cashier, as if you might try to sneak out. The service is poor and the staff comes across as money‑hungry. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. One star is more than enough; if I could give zero, I gladly would.
