We brought in a stray dog that we accidentally hit on the road. Sadly, it was already too late, but we truly appreciated the hospital’s empathy. They didn’t charge us a cent after diagnosing the dog and trying to resuscitate it. We are grateful for this clinic and their compassionate service.

This hospital has no sense of urgency and lacks empathy toward both pets and fur parents. Their communication is extremely poor, which caused unnecessary stress and anxiety during a very difficult time. As a fur parent, I expected professionalism, compassion, and proper care. Unfortunately, my experience showed otherwise. Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated with respect and urgency—especially in critical situations. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who wants their pet to receive proper and compassionate care.

They have been unresponsive to calls, text messages, Messenger, and Viber. I had to reach out several times, yet the so-called updates about my dog appeared to be copy-pasted. At one point, when I asked for an update, they even sent a video of a cat, when in fact my pet was a dog. This so called hospital claims that they are for emergencies and open 24 hours, but they did not respond to my concerns at all. My dog passed away this morning, and until now, there has been no response regarding my request for proper documentation and CCTV footage. The receptionists (they have rotations) are not adequately trained to handle clients. When we arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. On the night of January 15, we returned to give medicine to my dog, who was confined there. We waited for a long time, but the receptionist showed no concern and did not even acknowledge us. We had to approach her ourselves. The second time, we again waited a long time just to speak with the doctor. Please ensure that your staff are properly trained and show compassion toward clients. The doctors also appeared unprofessional for not being on time during clinic hours and for taking calls while in the middle of consultations.
