Timely responses, clean and modern facilities, great, friendly attending staff and vets. Systematised process and treatment (did CBC on my puppy first to clear all other issues before treatment) Went there for emergency treatment of my puppy at 1am in the morning.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Based on the care my pet received and how his condition worsened after the visit, I strongly feel that the assessment and medication provided were not appropriate for his situation. The staff also did not seem confident or gentle when handling my pet, and I felt a lack of empathy throughout the entire visit. It was a very distressing experience for both me and my dog. Because of what happened, I personally do not feel comfortable trusting this clinic, and I would encourage other pet owners to be cautious and seek a second opinion if something feels off.
