Serbisyo Beterinaryo Animal Hospital - Parañaque

Our house burned down just 2 weeks ago and we lost everything, including my dog Riri’s vet records. Riri just gave birth to only 1 puppy (she used to have 9 before) so I got really worried and brought her to Serbisyo Beterinaryo BF today. I only prepared for 1 view X-ray but Doc recommended 2 views to be sure. I didn’t have extra, but Doc was so kind and covered it, even did an ultrasound for free just to make sure Riri was safe. I’m really touched by that kindness, lalo na ngayon na ang hirap magsimula ulit. At least now I have peace of mind knowing Riri’s okay and no more puppies are left that could cause infection. It’s very rare to receive this kind of kindness, and honestly I’m not used to it. We truly felt seen and for that I’ll be forever grateful to Doc. I wasn’t able to ask for the name, but I’ve shared this story with my family and friends because it really meant so much. Thank you guys for the compassion!

I had an excellent experience at Serbisyo Beterinaryo Parañaque Branch! The staffs are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable especially the Doctors like Dr. Ericka & Doc Sheryl. They handled my pets especially Jacky with a history of seizure and Pyometra. Explained every step of the process clearly when it comes to oral meds and such things. The clinic is clean, organized, and well-equipped, which made me feel confident about the quality of care. Prices are reasonable because they are professionals, and the service is fast and efficient.
