Had a great experience with this vet hospital. Our cat underwent surgery with them and Doc Jules (and the whole staff) did a great job with the operation and post-op care. They gave us regular comprehensive updates and answered our questions really well. Those updates meant so much to us and gave us assurance that our fur baby was given the utmost care possible. Our cat reacted well with their treatment and after 3 days of confinement, she was cleared to go home. The quality of their service really shows their expertise and compassion with the animals. I highly recommend this hospital for your animal companions.

Had my cat spayed at SBAH Makati, their doctors and staff are the most accommodating and understanding people. Doc Jules immediately understood that my cat is very anxious and took extra steps to make sure she is comfortable during the procedure and confinement. She also explained all the risks and set a reasonable level of expectation while reassuring us of her competency in the surgery. The staff sent us regular and very detailed updates about medication/treatment given for the day, appetite, activity, etc. My cat is now home and recovering well.
