Serbisyo Beterinaryo Animal Hospital Emergency Vet 24hrs

We brought our Shih Tzu, Allie, in late at night and were so grateful that Serbisyo Beterinaryo accepted us without hesitation. Dr. Selinaliz T. Napoles, DVM, made us feel that Allie was genuinely cared for. She was incredibly thorough and reassuring, and it was clear she’s very capable—from running multiple tests on the spot to explaining everything clearly. You can really feel that she cares, and it gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. Highly recommend this clinic for their compassion, professionalism, and complete service even at odd hours.

There are hardworking people there, the clinic being open 24 hours, they welcomed my sick pet at 3am. The vet explained my pet's situation well. They even have confinement and machines for lab exams on site.

Our dog was admitted here for a few days before we transferred him to another vet hospital in Manila. He had watery diarrhea and was refusing to eat and drink. Even though we were hesitant to bring him to this clinic, we decided to consult because it was the only 24-hour clinic available in Lipa. The receptionist at that time was accommodating, and the vet who attended to our dog was professional and kind. She thoroughly discussed the treatment plan and the lab results, leading to our dog being admitted. However, the admitting area and cage were kinda dirty. We received updates on our dog’s condition, but they seemed almost identical each time. It felt like they were not thoroughly assessing him before updating us, merely editing a few details. One staff member, who was not the vet, responded rudely when my sister asked if our dog was still having diarrhea. She said, "If it's not in the update, it means he hasn't pooped." This lack of professionalism and compassion to the anxious fur parent led us to decide to transfer our dog to another vet. In contrast, at Vets in Practice, the vet on duty provides updates with significant findings and important details, rather than repetitive, generic updates. I think it will be better if the vet pm duty will update the patients. 1 star to the rude staff, cages on admitting area and generic updates . 4 stars to the vet and other staff who is very accommodating and professional
