I love this animal clinic they have complete facilities and laboratory. The hotline number is very responsive. No need to go to Alabang for the blood transfusion, ultrasound, CBC, etc. They all have it plus a grooming area. The waiting area is also spacious. However, expect that there is an emergency fee if you go there 5pm onwards. Confinement is also pricey it's like 1200 per day. But overall I recommend this clinic. Just ready your pocket 👍👍👍

Namatay yung dog namin under their care after just 2 days of confinement. The vet seemed okay and genuinely concerned, but most of the nurses and staff were so cold. The place even had this eerie feeling—hindi talaga welcoming. We still gave them a chance because it’s the only 24/7 hospital nearby. They kept giving generic, templated updates, then suddenly informed us that our dog didn’t make it, even though they said they tried to resuscitate. When we arrived, it felt like they were already used to situations like this, and we didn’t feel any sincerity, sympathy, or compassion from anyone there. Even the CR wasn’t that clean. My biggest regret is not listening to the bad reviews and not transferring to another hospital. If you truly care about your furbaby, please don’t bring them here. It’s expensive, but definitely not worth it.

We brought our shih tzu around 5am bec he was coughing blood and to have lab tests done. We had just brought him to another vet yesterday morning who prescribed meds for his eyes and to have lab tests done. They told us he needed 3 day confinement and was charging us php16k which we could not afford! We checked their lab rates and it was 7k, cbc alone was 3.3k! Our previous vet lab was only php3.5k and their cbc was 1.1k and that's a new clinic with state of the art lab. We said we could not afford and we'd just leave, the vet left, and within 5mins the vet said our dog had cardiac arrest and asked if they should resuscitate him. While he was being resuscitated, the vet shouted LABAN! LUMABAN KA! TIGNAN MO, LUMALABAN! My mom and I looked at each other in shock. It looked so fake, like they were imitating what they saw on tv. I don't understand what happened. Why our dog had a heart attack. He said our dog had kidney and liver problems but the vet yesterday morning did not mention any kidney or liver problems. They did not charge us that early morning but I would avoid this place. They charge 2-3 times the average prices and they don't seem very dog friendly. But most of all they look fake like actors in a tyanngge store pretending to be something they're not and greedy with their exorbitant prices.
