Brought my bichon here at almost midnight and was admitted. No judgements from them for why snowy has to be admitted they were just focused on getting her better! Very approachable staff and polite. Brought our dog, Chula, for cardiac assessment. Reached out to them via Viber and they were responsive. Luckily, we were avail to schedule consultation a few days after inquiry (you have to pay reservation fee for this which can be deducted from your total bill.) We waited about 30 minutes before it was our turn. Our files were already available prior to coming in which was commendable. The attending cardiologist was really helpful and knowledgeably guided us on what Chula’s assessment results were. They also have many helpers that made my dog comfortable during her 2D echo, ECG, and X-ray. All in all, they gave top notch service on our case.

Highly recommended. They immediately diagnosed what is wrong with my pet. Lab results are ready in minutes. The major operation my dog needed was performed less than an hour after we arrived. Consistently give owners updates via viber.
