The guard at the entrance and the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. This is a small local hospital with a 24-hour emergency room, as indicated on the sign outside. It’s a convenient choice for people in the area since it’s nearby and easy to access. The hospital is also good for general check-ups because there usually aren’t long lines. The waiting area is air-conditioned and has a TV for entertainment. I visited an internist here who is accredited by PhilCare, and the lab tests are also accredited by PhilCare.

I just want to share my superb experience with the ER team at Sds. I went there due to dog bite category 3, nasa labas p lng ako ng ER a nurse already approached me and took me inside, immediately process my hmo and gave the medical attention I needed. All nurses/staff were so polite and approachable, it wasn't the typical ER experience I ever had before. The environment there was so light, they look happy and love with what their doing. Special thanks to one of the nurses there didn't get her name but she was the one who approached me and provided everything I needed. Thanks to Dr. Palma and to my the ER team! -Dogie bite 🙂

Inconsiderate, lazy and rude staff in the Laboratory facilities especially the 2 girls during morning shift. Upon reading other reviews, I realized it runs in the whole clinic. The medical system in the Philippines is not improving because of this kind of people in the medical industry. I really hope it can be improved in the near future. I can take it if I am the only one waiting myself, or if it’s only for me. But my father is the one to get the services so I am really sorry for this review, but if this does not get noticed or if the clinic does not improve, I just don’t know what our Medical Profession can be. I would love to stay in the Philippines for my whole life, but we cannot ignore this important consideration for any country. I hope for the best, SDS. Thank you.
