Pros: • The vet is GREAT at discussing the information needed to know about the needs to tend the pet • A/C is available inside • GCash mode of payment is available • WELL-MAINTAINED facilities Cons: • Vet Assistant does NOT treat our puppy properly and with understanding and care - Pulls the leash FORCIBLY while dragging the puppy to the room - Made our puppy PANIC and fell off the steel table for examination. • Moderately HIGH price to pay for products and services (Expect to bring higher money than usual) • The vet and assistant do not take time to assess the problem and proceed QUICKLY to finish the consultation - They lack assurance, calmness, and affection to tend to a panicked pet Note: They do not offer treats to lead & reward the pet. For dermatitis consultation, we got a bill of Php 2,000+ for our puppy.

Kind staffs however unprofessional towards animals and doesn’t take good care of them. My cat died because of their carelessness during his confinement. NEVER go to this clinic, it is unreliable.

Unprofessionals. SASH Veterinary Clinic killed our cat. They gave our cat surgery awake and without anesthesia, which traumatized him. He began to lose a lot of weight and meow differently; he wasn't normal. We came just before closing time; their service was rushed, and their care for pets was nonexistent. They bombarded him with medicine, which made our cat's mouth begin to foam. What was their response? They sighed, probably because it was near closing time. We were having an emergency, and their top priority was to count the money we owed them. Nawalan na ng madaming pera tapos nawalan pa ng alaga. Quote on quote, they said "one thousand, two thousand, etc." while counting the money. I sincerely do not recommend this vet; the employees, the price, and their care for pets are all bad. They killed our cat.
