“I just want to share my experience in your clinic. March 8, my son went for a check up because the dirt in his ear was blocked. My daughter is 6 years old. He was given drops every 4 hrs. They send it back the following day at 6pm. November 9 we went back to remove the dirt from his ears. At exactly 6pm we were at the clinic. We waited for the doctor for almost 2 hours. We are six in line. There are too many patients. 9pm we were admitted inside. The doctor has started to remove the dirt from my son's ear. While my son was sitting, I hugged him and held his hand. She must be screaming because it hurts. Of course, because he's a child, he can't help but not move because he's in pain. The doctor told him. It will never end. It will take longer if you fiddle around. I'm having a hard time. Until someone got dirt in my son's ear. I guess the doctor got fed up because he struggled to remove the dirt from my son's ear. He stopped taking it. He left to his table. And he said to his assistant "next". He told me to bring my son back on Monday because he hasn't removed all the dirt yet. No prescription medication is given. We paid his assistant 1,300. But not everything was removed. So when he came home, his ears hurt.”
