Experienced the worst customer service, the staff was unfriendly too especially the optometrist. They have no warranty/refund/exchange policy stated anywhere. The official facebook page of Sarabia didn't reply to my concern thru messenger either. Went back to the store to exchange defective eyeglasses that I bought from them a day before, and they said that they don't allow exchange/replace at all, and that I have to pay additional fees again. IT WAS ONLY ONE DAY THAT I BOUGHT IT AND THERE'S NO WARRANTY? Overall spent 5.1k PHP for the eyeglasses that I bought and at that price point, I would've expected perfect quality, but it was so bad in so many levels: wrong prescription, and crooked frame. Never buying from here again, just stressed me out so much.

Terrible quality of spectacles. As well as the service of the staff. The spectacles broke within a week and what they offered is to “transfer” the glasses to a new frame but for the price of a brand new set. It doesn’t even make any sense. Where’s the integrity of the spectacles and use of warranty for the costumer? Absolutely ridiculous.
