Great service! I went here to get my lens replaced. The eye doctor who assisted me was nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable when doing the eyetest. She explained the different lens and the different coatings and was able to answer my questions. Go to Sarabia if you want hassle-free service and if you don't want to be bothered by the crowds. Best of all, the accepted my frames! I first went to EO because I have always went there before. But they declined! EO DID NOT ACCEPT my frames. They said they have this policy of not servicing Ray Ban frames...WHAT THE WHAT??! I guess they don't trust their technicians? They would rather service their cheap China frames instead of know brands. So I went to Sarabia. I got better service, the prices are reasonable. Go to Sarabia guys, EO is overrated.

Amazing service and so kind! My glasses broke and I went to three different shops who couldn’t or wouldn’t help me, but the optician here graciously fixed my glasses and even cleaned them! Will definitely be back!

Great choices of frames, contact lenses and lens, though I'm not really sure if they're at reasonable price though. The sales lady are very patient and informative. The other standbys seem to be the one who's impatient. I can hear their comments on his or took me time to choose. Is it professional? Also, they did post their promo regarding free eye checkup with frames and choice lenses and I didn't have to wait that long for the lens. The salesperson didn't do the auto refraction right. They didn't even hand me my eye grade record, which is a proper thing since I'm a client, and I have the right to be informed and a right for the document. Another good thing is I love how the doctor did check my eye grade. They have complete equipments for an optician. Still, for an eye checkup, consider looking for a clinic in a hospital for an eye condition. Anyhow, I love how sturdy and helpful my eyeglasses is. I also love how their classy leather case isn't that bulky inside my purse. I'm loving it.
