All Staffs specially the Director/Dr Mercado is a humble,loving and kind to his patients.

Recently, my mom had laparoscopy at San Fernandino. Dr. Rojas and Dr. Cordova were kind, excellent and professional though due to volume of patients, the cascaded time of operation was not followed. Also, kudos to Sir Bobet of HMO department for accommodating us on a Sunday! Other reviews are as follows: The room was clean but needs to be refurbished. The hospital bed does not even have side rails for patient's safety. Wishing they have microwave and water dispenser for everyone as well (not just hot water). Plus, the billing seems to be understaffed.

Doctors are always late or they even not around on their schedules. Spacious waiting area, but have limited seats when there's a lot of patients.
