I would like to commend all the staff of Safeway Diagnostic Clinic. They were very accommodating, from the guard to reception and every staff. They were polite and answer all your questions with respect. This is by far the BEST clinic i've been to. Thank you all.

This is the worst clinic I have ever dealt with. If you are an aspiring OFW planning to work abroad, don’t do your medical exam at this filthy clinic. You will get depressed and frustrated. Restrooms are dirty🤮staff are rude and shouting at people😡 They will make you go back and forth for the results, and will waste your time, effort, and money. They will diagnose issues based on X-rays and then refer you to Philippine Lung Center, where you have to pay for another X-ray only for them to ignore the Lung Center’s results. They will not even make medical suggestions/interventions or treatment like sputum exam, ct scan etc to further investigate or to rectify the “issue”. It’s as if there is no cure and you just accept their findings. They will just automatically mark you as unfit🤡 After few days I did my medical exam at a different clinic and I passed without any issues. I am now currently working here in abroad . So how is it possible that I passed in another clinic but was declared unfit by this one?🤔 Lesson learned: before going for a medical exam, do a research about the clinic first if they have a good reputation

Staff are condescending. You ask them about procedures or even during the test itself, they will respond to you sarcastically. Is it too difficult to answer properly? Even the doctor and the med techs are rude - you ask them innocently and they answer you in a very rude manner as if you’re someone uneducated. I called the hotline to ask about my results and the customer service representative answered in a very condescending way and that if I disagree with the results, go argue with the doctor then she hung up on me when I called out her rudeness. Is that how you treat OFWs, as if they’re scums of the earth? Just because you’re just a medical clinic accredited by POEA, does that make you feel superior? It’s businesses like yours that need to seriously reconsider the way you do business - if you don’t like doing what you’re doing and you’re not treating your customers like real people, then shut down.
