“I brought my daughter to the dental clinic at the 3rd floor to have her impacted molars removed. The dental surgeon removed 2 molars (upper & lower, left side) in one session, in less than an hour. The molars on the right side will be removed in another session.”
“I feel it’s my responsibility to share our recent experience with SAA to help prospective clients make a more informed decision. On October 25th, we availed of SAA’s CAS (Congenital Anomaly Scan). The SAA OB-sonologist used a seriously outdated machine during the scan (what looked like an old-school portable ultrasound machine without monitors connected). A lot of items in the result released to us (mostly measurements) were left blank. The images on the dark and small screen itself as well as on the printed copies were too poor they made me doubt the capability of the machine to do a proper CAS and the reliability of the results overall. When I asked about it, the OB sonologist said the other machine was under repair at the time. I went home dissatisfied & frustrated that the Php3400 we paid for the procedure was not worth it. I sent them feedback via Messenger, expressed my frustration, urged them not to offer such procedures temporarily if they don’t have the proper equipment, and asked for a partial refund (to charge us with at most the cost of a regular pelvic ultrasound and refund the price difference since that’s basically what we received from them.) They refused any refund, insisted their backup machine was not substandard, and offered a rescan instead. We didn’t take that option anymore to give way to other patients and to not take any more of each other’s time as we’ve already spent about a week dealing with the issue. I had considered SAA for our CAS thinking the service would be the same as with the other clinics I’ve looked into since they are within the same price range (SAA even charging slightly higher). Unfortunately, the service they gave was way below what’s expected. Ours may or may not be an isolated case. Either way, it’s something worth considering. Ultimately, the choice is yours. I’d personally recommend going to TriCity instead for ultrasound services since it’s only a few steps away. They have excellent equipment and I’ve had but pleasant experiences there. On November 10, I had my 2nd-3rd Trimester Ultrasound at TriCity (both pelvic and cervical) where Biometry, Fetal Anatomic Survey, Cervical length, & location of placenta were all checked by highly competent OB-sonologists using high-end equipment (findings were way more substantial than what SAA released to us) and we paid less than 2K. I hope this honest review helps.”

No one answers to your inquiries when you call or text or via messenger. When i went to their clinic, since my inquries were not answered before hand, my time was wasted because no one guided me. And the nurse or staff made me feel like im dumb and i dont know what i am talking about,, like what the!, how should i know if no one answers from their end! They dont know how to honor thier clients/patient's time. Regardless if its really urgent or what not. No one cares. Second and most importantly the staff are rude and not willing to help. They make you feel that you always need to pay for the service. Its like maybe because they are under paid or tired or what not, they dont really give any with their patients. The dont really care.they dont like what they are doing. They are not accomodating at all. Strongly not recommend. .dont visit them.
