Do not go to this clinic. The day I first came here, I witnessed a chowchow die in their care — I should have taken that as a warning. Unfortunately, I still pushed through since there was no other clinic nearby and I was referred here by another vet. On the first day, tests were done and I was advised to monitor my dog for 24 hours. But when there was no improvement after just 12 hours, I rushed back. Strangely, the exact same tests were repeated by a different vet, including blood test and x-ray. Then they suddenly recommended surgery for my senior dog (13 years old), even though they admitted the chances of survival were very slim. I refused the surgery because I didn’t want my dog to suffer more and clearly explained that to them. I asked them to just take care of my pet as best as they could. Shockingly, only minutes after that call, they messaged me saying my dog had already passed away. No explanation. No details. My pet was still responsive when I left them there. To make things worse, when I asked for all the records and test results, it took them 3 days before they finally sent them. The vets here talk and act like they don’t care, and the whole place feels like it’s focused more on money than on truly helping pets. This is a money-grabbing clinic with no compassion. Please, don’t bring your pets here.

I'm extremely disappointed with the grooming service I received for my dog at Royal Paws. I was charged an extra fee for a haircut, which was okay, but what wasn't okay was the lack of basic grooming services that I was expecting. My dog's ears weren't cleaned, and he wasn't bathed as part of the grooming package. Given the extra charge for the haircut, I expected a more comprehensive service. These essential grooming tasks felt like a rip-off. I'd suggest the clinic reviews their grooming packages and pricing to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
