“Their frames and lenses are on the expensive side. Yes, they offer budget frames but the lenses will definitely put a hole in your wallet. This was my go to optical shop, but a few years back, after I got my new eyeglasses and told them I have difficulty reading/seeing clearly from a distance, they dismissed it as 'you're eyes are probably adjusting to the new grade of lenses. Give it a week or so...' Take note, when I wore the trial lenses, my vision was ok, I can read without difficulty. BUT when I got my prescription eyeglasses, it felt like they gave me the wrong lens. And this happened TWICE. Yes, it's stupid of me to go back here thinking the mistake won't happen again after a few years. Guess what? It did, and it's worse than before. Of course I told them the problem, that I had to squint in order to see or read distant objects (while wearing the new eyeglasses from them), and that it was perfectly fine when I wore the trial lens for a few minutes. And they gave me the same excuse again. If I wanted to see clearly, I had to tilt my head up and read/see from the bottom part of the lens. ALSO I'd like to add here that they will charge you extra if you bring your own frame, and make you sign a waiver that they are not responsible if the frame got damaged while they are handling it (replacing the lens). Much, much better pa sa EO.”
