“Tried their leg compression as post-race recovery after running a half marathon and it definitely did its job :) my leg cramps (calves in particular) were gone after the 20-minute session. I also wanted to try their cold plunge or sauna but I was on a rush. They also offer discounted package if you want to try a variety of their services. Hope they will open a branch in Quezon City! First time to try something like this and will surely be back for more :)”
