As for me ,I think this hospital is a fantastic place.A lot of the staff members are kind ,and I recommend Dr Andrew S. Mondero is a terrific surgeon .It would be even better if he continued to work here because many people think he is excellent

We came to this hospital yesterday because our patient was advised to be admitted due to their critical condition. The patient couldn’t walk, so they were placed in a ward. However, only one companion was allowed, and visitors were strictly prohibited. This became a huge burden because the restroom was quite far from the ward, and if the caregiver is a woman, it’s extremely difficult to carry or assist the patient. From my observation, there seemed to be no doctor on duty. Since this morning, three patients have died. One of them was still breathing earlier but was only given oxygen outside the hospital—no proper room, just left in the heat. It took too long for a doctor to attend, and sadly, the patient passed away. The same thing happened to another patient who was in a wheelchair earlier and is now gone. It’s heartbreaking and alarming. The facilities are also very poor. There are no electric fans in the ward, and patients are cramped inside. Companions have to endure extreme heat outside under a tent. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you have a critically ill patient, I strongly advise against bringing them here—you may regret it. This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Yes, it’s a public hospital, but before you can even access the so-called “free” benefits, they make the process extremely difficult.

A nightmare from the security personnel Gemalyn Santos, the Triage Nurse Ulysses Ramos to the Shift Head Officer Doctor Cruz. They treat each patient and companion as dirt and inhumanely. No customer service at all. The provincial government should evaluate the performance of the hospital staff.
