“The service is terrible. Feedback takes too long. The doctor said the hospital would call me on Monday, but they only called the day before the operation. There was no proper explanation about the procedure or the paperwork. We were made to wait for a long time without any explanation. When I raised a concern, the doctor humiliated me by speaking loudly and telling me to pay in cash if I didn’t want to wait for my health card. Very unprofessional. Improve your service and staff conduct Also the "Clean clinic" comment. Fake news.”

If you are in a hurry for the results of any lab or test result, don't trust on their commitment, how many times have they committed to a date for the results but they always delay and cannot even tell the exact date the results will be completed, it seems like when they want to finish the result its up to them and you need to just wait, clinic is clean and staffs looks good, doctors are good i believe also but for urgency, think twice,,
