I had no problem with the quality of dental service I received and the dental assistant was kind. What concerns me is that Dr. Jedidiah should have at least listened and considered my preference. I knew from the start that I have 7 teeth to work on, yet I opted for 5 only since I am on a budget (and once I return to Cavite, I have a dentist who could do the rest. I just need a "fix" for the time being). He responded with "Sige lang ma'am", to my statement that I will only do 5. To cut the story short, I was charged 3,500 for 7 teeth which surprised me since I said it was 5 only and I only had 2,500 cash. I was in trouble, and I had to use digibank to transfer the remaining amount. If he didn't want to do my preferred thing, at least he would have informed me and I wouldn't have gone ahead. Active listening is important in customer service to ensure effective communication and meeting halfway.
