the hospital we trusted since pedia times until the present. i just so hope that they would renovate the building to give more space to the patients and guardians.

We rushed to the ER for an emergency situation involving severe pain, expecting proper assessment and timely care. While the laboratory services were fast, the overall ER experience was extremely disappointing. There was very little effort from both doctors and nurses to actually check on the patient. We were even told that the patient should not lie down on the ER bed because it would incur additional charges — despite the patient being in obvious pain and unable to stand properly. This should never be said in an emergency setting. The patient was left to fill out papers, walk to the laboratory, and personally bring back results, which is completely inappropriate for an ER patient. We waited for around four hours with no clear updates, poor communication, and no sense of urgency. After submitting the lab results, we still waited over two more hours without any feedback or explanation. At one point, the doctor left to attend to another patient without proper handover or update. This is an emergency room in name only. Emergency care is not just about fast labs — it is about timely assessment, monitoring, communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, those were all lacking in our experience. We did not mind the cost. What mattered was the urgent need for care, which was not met. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and very disappointing. We will definitely choose another hospital for emergencies in the future.

Received a text from Billing after almost a year of my nephew's death that I have a check to claim. Went to the hospital only to be informed it was a message for someone else. No check.Wasted my time. Incompetence. My nephew died and it took them forever to decide to intubate. Another incompetence. Death cert indicated Dengue as cause of death but my nephew was negative when tested. Their only reason? There were bruise marks. Incompetence yet again.
