This clinic is not professional As first timer to have appointment with Dr.Ana Hernandez My mother was rescheduled for check up by the secretary but when my mom go there an hour earlier as she received and sms from them she was not entertained bcoz the secretary said my mom was not in the list,my mom go back home not seen by Doctor which the reason why she went there to check up her knee problem,Sad to say that she put effort to go there with sick feeling and was treated unwell just bcoz she was not in the list and its there fault. Isnt it okay to check up patient by walk in. Sometimes be considerate,hope this incident will serve as eye opener so it will not happen to others again.
