Had my company annual exam here. They have this appointment site where you schedule your appointment but when I got there, we were treated all the same. Had to fall in line for more than 2 hours to be called. The waiting area is accommodating at least and I even fell asleep waiting for my name to be called because I was coming from my shift. Will not recommend this if you're in a hurry because their system doesn't make sense, you schedule an appointment but it's not even followed through. Disappointing

Atleast the waiting area is somehow comfortable. Other than that is messed up. Need to wait in the queue for 4 hours (drug testing registration) just because that I'm missing a 5 ml of urine sample. Some of the stuff is not polite with providing instructions. If you are an applicant or patient and you have a choice. I will not recommend this Lab/Clinic.

"To the Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service at your clinic. Although I completed nearly all of my physical and medical examinations on Day 1, a single remaining process—biometrics—required an additional day and four hours to complete. This lack of efficiency resulted in a significant waste of my time and transportation expenses. I strongly urge you to review your current procedures and improve your business practices to prevent these types of delays for future patients."
