If you are coming from north bound of commonwealth ave you will need to turn left at the stoplight across fcm and it will be on your right side but if you are coming from fairview you need to turn right it is on your right side as well. Parking is limited and most of the time you need to park on the street if you will just stop for a quick vaccination or will just buy dog food ir accessories or dog cage. 👉Services- it offers the following services: consultation, diagnosis, treatment, confinement, deworming, fecalysis, x-ray, caesarian procedure, rapid test, urinalysis, ultrasound, surgery, cytology, polymers chain reaction, blood chem, complete blood count, prpgesterone test, titter test and vaccination. As well as selling dog foods, animal cage, vitamins and accessories. 👉Price- I am going in this clinic for more than a decade now. From the small clinic in regalado it grows and became large so as the price per service as well. The price increase is a result of expansion and facilities renovation. The good thing is it produces othe veterinary clinics in among Fairview, Quezon City. Some of those are PetFriends in chestnut st and Vetright. Vaccine is more 500 pesos and above, deworming is 250 pesos, confinement is 2500+ pesos depends on the sickness of your pet per night including medicine and grooming for small breeds is priced at 450 pesos. Not really budget friendly but for sure it's worth it. 👉Personnels- staffs are really slightl friendly and some doctors only acts professional. They will tell you the condition of your pet directly and they will give you options on what they prefer and how much will you spend. If you opt to treat your pet at home, you need to buy medications. There are lot of staffs now compared before. Wayback 7 to 10 yrs ago there is only one DMD, he is Dr. Fernandez, the owner and always in charge. Mark Flores is also the frontdesk officer. I gave three stars because last 2013 I brought my shih tzu in their clinic for grooming. I left my dog and do some errands. My phone rang and it it Regalado vet calling. They told me that they are sorry because their groomer injured the eye of my pet. They will just give me discount on their service. The injury is on the eyelid, they stitch it. I feel bad for my pet that time. I hope it will not happen to any dog again. In another thread there are lots of complaints in the way they handle customers and their employees. They will require you to take many medicines for your pets even if it is redundant. Is it as if they have a quota per head to fill. There are also lot of rumors that is saying their employees are working overtime with salary really below minimum and no benefits like sss, philhealth and pag-ibig. As a matter if fact I am in their clinic when. QC Assesors Office personnel came in and talk to Dr. Fernandez, they said that the owner need to classify the category of his land use to commercial because it is listed as residential. I do not recommend this veterinary clinic at all. Our cat underwent a surgery that was supposed to be a TOTAL OVH at this vet. However, 6 months after the procedure, our cat is still in heat — which should never happen after a properly performed spay. We also had serious issues with the surgical wound. The incision was closed with only a single stitch, which led to complications. Because of this, we had to bring our cat to another veterinary clinic, where she had to be confined for 9 days. According to the second vet, some of the medications prescribed by this clinic were unnecessary. Instead of improving, our cat’s condition became worse, and it was only because of the second vet that the problem was addressed in time. When I tried to raise these concerns publicly by commenting on their Facebook posts, I was blocked. My feedback on Google also appears to have been removed, which is very concerning. This clinic showed no accountability or compassion for what happened. It felt like profit was prioritized over proper animal care. The doctors here were incompetent, and the experience caused unnecessary suffering to our pet. I am sharing this review for awareness so other pet owners can make informed decisions.
the most incompetent vet ever. if you love your pets and actually care for them, NEVER EVER put them in here. you might want to check their facilities and the current state of the pets they should be in charge of. i don’t know if the staff and doctors here are just stupid or lazy, but paying almost 20k for nothing is absurd. we recently confined our dog here because it’s near, open 24/7, and has complete resources. we hoped they’d help our dog get better but he got worse instead. when we admitted the dog, we agreed with everything they suggested, xray, cbc, EVERYTHING. our dog got better for a bit, but while he was confined, he started to get weak. we’re unsure if they actually took care of him and gave him the right medication—they sent no proof whatsoever, they gave very short updates. our dog was left with his eyes and fur all dirty because they didn’t clean him at all. after 4days they still couldn’t figure out exactly why he’s weak—they gave us “maybe this” & “maybe that” i don’t know if they’re not smart enough or just straight-up incompetent. no proper and firm diagnosis AT ALL. CHECK THE STAFF WHEN YOU ADMIT YOUR PET. THEY DON’T CHECK THE PETS THEY SHOULD BE TAKING CARE OF. the promise that there’s nurses and doctors who’ll look after them 24/7 IS FALSE.
