5STARS TO SAKEN. HMO APPROVAL - kapag OPD ka, much better if you communicate with your HMO provider. Why? To avoid waiting on the line. Yes, there are how many staffs inside HMO approval room but properly set your expectation! You're not the only patient using HMO who chooses to consult on this hospital. And the staff assigned to contact patients HMO provider tries to call them but it depends on how long will your HMO provider line answers them as well. HINDI LANG PATIENTS NG HOSPITAL NA TO UNG TUMATAWAG SA LINE NG MGA HMO PROVIDERS JUST FOR ALL THE PATIENTS WHO COMPLAINTS WITHOUT TRYING TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. STAFF - So far, all the staffs here (from doctors to nurses to other staffs and utility staffs and guards) are accommodating. Haven't experienced rude attitude from any of them. WAITING TIME SA OPD - This is normal even if you try to go to MCT or other hospitals here. PUMUNTA NG MAAGA PARA NASA UNAHAN ANG NAME. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE HMO FOR OPD PATIENTS, ALOT AMPLE TIME SINCE YOU WILL NEED TO GET APPROVAL FROM HMO PROVIDER. ER - Patients being assisted sa ER, why not try to roam your eyes around there. Alangan unahin ung nilalagnat sa agaw buhay na patient. FOR SHORT COMMONSENSE NEED GAMITIN AND HABA NG PATIENCE. BUT IF SOMEONE DISAGREED, THEN MAGTAYO KAYO NG SARILI NYONG HOSPITAL PARA KAYO AGAD MAUNA AND MASUNOD SA MGA GUSTO NYO.
