Goodside: Dr. Stella is great and she explains to you patient/guardian what should and shouldn't be done so it takes a while which is good for me. Badside: the queue is always long and worst sometimes you have to go home at 10pm. -if you don't want to go home like that, just sign up early. I don't know exactly what time the list starts, maybe around 9am upto 3pm, sign up either with or without the patient. And then check up in the evening.
