Amazing service. Caring and professional. Great vet care. Fantastic emergency care. My dog had an unexpected health issue, and the clinic was amazing. They took us in right away and provided excellent care. The staff was compassionate and skilled. I'm so grateful for their help!

My dog got an x-ray and lab tests in this clinic. The staff are lazy, they do not entertain you well even tho your pet is in a severe condition. My dog got GDV (stomach bloat) which is one of the most painful things a dog can experience, when your dog has GDV it is certain that it needs surgery right away because you need to make the decision within four hours after it is diagnosed. The doctor did not explain the severity of the situation and is very neglectful, only offered pain killers and some other medicine (to make you spend more). Our dog passed away hours later. I suggest going to Dr. Paws or Dr. Lee instead of this clinic where everyone is unprofessional and inexperienced (they do not know what to do with your dog after they diagnosed it with a complicated sickness). A lot of people also said they lost their pet in this clinic, I did not expect to have experienced that yesterday.

If I could this vet a lower rating I would. A week ago we brought in our cat for an injured paw. They deemed it to be out of place and had us bring him back the next day. We returned and they gave him sedation, put on a splint, and wrapped his paw. After, they told us to return in a week. Today we brought our cat back for the follow up. He was fine when he took him there. He ate throughout the day, and was jumping and walking despite his leg being wrapped. They did not let my wife go into the back with them for treatment, and after a minute she heard him crying. She tried to go inside to check on him, and they shut the door. We are not sure what they did, but after he was puking blood and could barely breathe. They were just standing around and my wife had to tell them to assist him. They put oxygen on him and he passed a few minutes later. He went in for a follow-up with no symptoms (except his paw was wrapped), and due to their negligence and treatment (whatever they did), we lost our cat! The veterinary doctor and employees do not treat animals well and seem to not know what they are doing. I am not the first customer that lost an animal in their care with no prior symptoms. This clinic should be investigated due to its inability to treat and animals dying while under their care with no explanation. Please do not take any of your animals here! This vet should be closed down permanently!!
