REACTIVE MEDICAL LABORATORY AND X-RAY

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service we received at Reactive Medical Laboratory and X-ray, where my sister recently underwent her medical exam for college admission. The doctor arrived late, and the nurses were unprofessional and dismissive. Their tone made us feel small and unworthy, as if simply asking questions or needing assistance was a burden to them. The processing of lab and test results was incredibly slow—we were told to wait an entire day. Due to my work schedule, I had to return another day, only to be made to wait again for hours. We are not in a financially privileged position, so every trip is a stretch, especially when we’re waiting for the next salary just to afford transportation. That’s how tight things are for us. When we returned for the 3rd time! we were made to wait again for hours, only to be informed by front desk nurse that we couldn’t get the results because my sister was anemic and would need a separate consultation—with an additional payment required and that the results would not be released until then. This left us devastated, as we are already financially struggling and trying our best to make ends meet. UNTIL we asked a different nurse—who then suddenly released them. This inconsistency shows a clear lack of coordination, proper guidance, and fairness. Why were we not informed properly in the first place? Why was one nurse able to release the results, while the other acted as if it wasn’t allowed? What’s confusing is that I was diagnosed with anemia at the same clinic in 2023. Back then, the doctor gave me a resit and encouraged me to follow up with a check-up—but I was still given my results without issue. So why was my sister treated differently? Eventually, after pleading and explaining our situation, another nurse did hand us the results. This inconsistency raises serious concerns. This whole experience has been incredibly draining. We are not in a position of financial ease, and all we ask for is proper service and compassion. With the enrollment deadline approaching, the delay almost cost my sister her college admission. Very slow process. Poor communication. Unreasonable pricing. Most of all, a complete lack of empathy. Never again.

Dirty toilet, unhygienec specially in drugtest." puli-puli" the gown in the x-ray. Extraction never ask for patient verification which is very important. Poor system and too slow. Some of the staff are rude. In general they need service training and few improvents in toilet/

Very slow service and pace, lousy, lack of information, poor facilities, lack of communication standards towards customer service. We only came here for drug testing, but it took us like forever.
