Sorry but poor customer Service. When I arrived, I waited 45 minutes and no one talking to me and did not inform me that I needed to wait. I hope they would at least say to wait for a few minutes or an hour. So we can know. After checking the time, If I didn't ask, they still said it would take a long time. I hope you inform your customers ahead of time if they are willing to wait or come back if there is something else to do. So that clients don't look stupid.
