I had my appointment at RC Young Optical Clinic earlier today, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The doctor was excellent—professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated how they took the time to explain everything clearly and even shared helpful advice and tips on how to take better care of my eye health. Overall, it was a top-notch experience. I highly recommend RC Young Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and great service!

It’s our first time to have a consultation with Dr Rodel Young and we’re so impressed with their service. His assistants were accommodating, polite, helpful and very patience in helping us to choose the eye frames that are suitable for us. Dr Young has a thorough explanations of what are his findings, even had suggestions to seek an opthalmologist check-up for my wife and very pleasant to converse with. The doctor is very recommendable as well as the services. Great service and good value of money.

Did random search in google/facebook cause we're looking for an optometrist here in BC --- saw there's a lot of good reviews on this clinic. We went there, the staff is polite, then when it's our turn for the check up, Doc Rodel is very easy to talk with. He is building rapport with us during check up, and I can say he is definitely NOT after the money but is really willing to understand the situation and help his patients. He cares for his patients. Afterwards, He informed us that my partner has good eyesight and there's no need for eyeglass, he didnt even asked us to pay for the consultation. I will definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends and will definitely visit this clinic again. 💖 Overall experience is awesome 👍 Thanks Doc Rodel!
