My mom checked-up earlier on this day because she has an earache. Walk-in accomodation is good and no issues on the staff. They have chairs and aircon inside while they have extra chairs outisde the clinic. The doctor is well-respected, though strict. Having no issues on it. This is the only ENT Clinic available in Brgy. Don Bosco, Parañaque that is affordable for ENT check-up.

If cold, rude, humorless, and borderline taunting is your thing, Ramos ENT is the jackpot! The doctor couldn’t even pretend to be polite. The entire visit felt more like a punishment than a consultation. Then comes the secretary, who clearly had no idea what she’s doing. She asked me what the doctor did so she could figure out what to charge and guessed it like she was solving a riddle. And instead of giving an actual consultation fee, she gave me a price range, because apparently even that’s a mystery. Amazing. Love that pricing here is based entirely on vibes and guesses. As for calculating the tax on the OR? Might as well have asked her to solve a Rubik’s cube blindfolded. The whole experience was laughably unprofessional. 🙃

A friend recommended us to go to this doctor because he was really nice and good but grabe whoever the doctor's staff is. Poor communication to the client! We called at 12nn and asked if the doctor was available today so we can set the appointment. They said that there are still around 6 patients and it's best to come in 2hrs and that they were open till 6pm. We reached the area around 2pm but we got lost since we're not from this area and we probably called 5x or so but it's always "cannot be reached" or "out of coverage area" or no response at all. It took us almost an hour to find the clinic and when we did it was already 3pm. The clinic was locked and we called 3x to be sure, but no answer. We waited for 45mins only to be told by the guard that they have a lunch break until 4:30pm. There was no post on the door and no one told us over the phone that they would have a lunch break during that time for us to adjust accordingly. There were people INSIDE the clinic but none of them had the decency to notify us at least. And what's worse is that we were with a senior citizen and the waiting area was outside the clinic with no air conditioning and it was sooooo hot! And all they did was send us a text to set an appointment 🤦‍♀️ Maybe the doctor is good, but we'll never know because the staff failed to coordinate with us properly
