“After seeing the Dr for problems breathing I was instructed to have Lab work done. They blew me off as I was there and told me to call them back to Scedule an appointment. I have been calling for two Days now and the Lab will not answer the Phone. The Dr thinks I have TB and a possible Pulmonary Embolism which is pretty serious yet the Lab is about impossible to get an appointment with. Big Thumbs Down to the Lab. Very unacceptable!”
“The procedure is 4x the normal rate in the philippines and yet the service is worst. While I was waiting at the cashier, 2 patients became aggressive because staff has different instruction everytime and there's no patient relation to mediate between staff and the patient. I requested my ultrasound result to be send via email and they said they will send it the next day but 24hrs later no email arrived. I called the trunk line, all CS is busy, radiology department not answering.”
