β€œSpecial thanks to the prettiest Doctor in Quezon City General Hospital , despite of having a lot of patients she’s still able to serve a smile whenever she’s assisting us. Thanks a lot Doktora Vanessa Alvarez πŸ₯°β€

β€œWent to the ER to have a tetanus shot for my 4 yo child. Their service was fast, plus we only spent around β‚±150 for the hosp fees & β‚±120 for the Tetanus toxoid bought from a Pharmacy outside. Their landline is also active! Good job. πŸ‘β€

The first time I came here to the OPD department about a week ago, the staff were reasonable, especially the male doctor that attended to my consultation. He was gentle and understanding. However, when I came back today to get a follow-up checkup, this middle-aged woman with short dyed hair & glasses at the first desk in the OPD building was so rude. It is my first time being a returning patient here and she was asking for various papers. I didn't understand immediately at first because of course I've only seen those papers once when I came here. I had them all but throughout our whole conversation she had already raised her voice at me out of frustration as if everything was obvious. I was already coming in because I was sick and I was anxious to seek help for my condition, but she made me even more anxious. You can be tired from your job after seeing several people, but I hope that she remembers that in the end, she has a patient-facing job. One of the things expected of her is to at least treat patients with respect and decency. She's lucky I was not in a bad mood and I understand how it's like to work with customers, because I would have filed a complaint or reported her. She must have had a miserable life to have such a sour attitude and if these are the people QCGH can call "employees", I don't know how you can call this a hospital run by our own government.
