P.V. Animal Shelter Veterinary Clinic

I bring my furbabies here for check-up and tests. They will explain everything what they can explain. So far, they are okay. Accepts card payment. They extended and got the wellness center just beside this clinic where you can get vaccines and boosters.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this veterinary clinic. One of the staff members wearing a maroon uniform(the tall gay) was extremely rude and displayed a clear attitude while explaining what had happened to my pet. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, their tone felt dismissive and disrespectful. While I was explaining my concerns, the staff members were sarcastically smirking and exchanging looks with each other (with the female staff in yellow shirt), which made me feel insulted and belittled. I asked them why they were smiling while I was explaining and whether they thought I was wrong. The tall gay staff in maroon uniform responded, “Alam n’yo naman palang mali kayo.” I asked again why they continued sarcastically smirking smiling in front of me during such a serious and emotional situation, but they were unable to answer. I do not feel the need to prove anything further their behavior alone clearly reflected their lack of professionalism. Additionally, the interaction between this staff member and another female staff wearing a yellow uniform appeared unprofessional and made the situation even more uncomfortable. During a stressful time as a pet owner, I expected compassion, clear communication, and respect none of which were provided. Due to this lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I will not be returning to this clinic.

Was referred here by another vet clinic coz they were closed and I needed an emergency doctor for my poor puppy ASAP! Their sign says "OPEN FOR EMERGENCY" but the staff here told me the doctors who are supposed to be 'ON CALL' are not available at the moment EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION?! Thankfully, the vet nurse? (I'm not sure) on duty performed first aid and the female staff assisted me in looking for yet another clinic again that surely has an emergency doctor on duty.
