I hope people who read the past reviews would give this clinic a chance because my experience with the staff, service, and the psychologist whom I consulted was entirely different. There must be a struggle in manpower in the past so reviews from the old went like that. I am writing here to share my own: the client relations staff, Apryline, discussed the steps clearly, but it was another assistant who did also an excellent job handing my actual appointment and even used her own phone to assist me logging in - 5-star for her! Scheduling was fast and well-accommodated, given I had to re-schedule due to typhoon. Not sure who was the staff whom I communicated with online but thank you, Rinalyn [?]. The psychologist, Mrs. Sible-Mendoza, discussed my case intelligently, I can tell she did her best to understand my lens - thus, I felt completely comfortable disclosing with full honesty. I had a friend who sought a different service from their other branch, and I am looking forward to referring others I know, too. It seems easier to get schedule here than the other clinics I tried! That is another 5-star rating! The clinic is also nearby a church, a local mall, food stores, allied clinics, so if you need to eat, pray, or freshen up a bit prior to the appointment, everything is nearby! Amazed by this psychological clinic! Nestled within a co-work space, I think it's an extension clinic, it's like entering a serene oasis. The closed-off setup adds that extra layer of security. Kudos to the team who provided great services. Salamat. Highly recommended.
