My First Physical Therapy Experience This was my first time trying physical therapy, and I didn’t know what to expect. At first, I was a bit nervous, but the therapist made me feel comfortable right away. They listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The exercises started off easy but slowly became more challenging in a good way. I could feel my body getting stronger and more flexible after each session. It wasn’t always easy, but I knew it was helping me improve. Overall, I’m really glad I gave physical therapy a try. It helped me not just physically, but also gave me more confidence in my recovery. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs help healing or getting stronger again.

Who would think a physical therapy clinic's facility would be this cool? Even though I went for a visit for a seminar hosted by PRX, it's really worth the time to come by and I could personally say that it's one of the best to conduct as training ground. The facility is well maintained and equipments are up-to-date. Not only that, staff are polite and knowledgeable of their skills. Ma'am Pring and the team will definitely bring out the best in you from pain for your passion.
