β€œI haven't tried this clinic yet because it's a bit far from our place of residence. I passed by this clinic every day on my way to work. The location is along Arnaldo Highway in Pasong Camachile 2 Road in General Trias just across the Iglesia Ni Cristo Church. They have lots of clients, and one day, I saw so many cats of different species waiting to be allowed entry for check up. I think the veterinarians here are good and probably cheaper in consultation fees and all.”

β€œWe've been feeding a pregnant stray cat at a tapsihan near the Providence Veterinary Clinic for a few months. She seemed very healthy and was always excited to eat, running over whenever she saw us. About three weeks ago, in July 2025, we decided to adopt her since she was pregnant. However, when we went to get her, the lady staff at the tapsihan and a man from the water station informed us that the veterinarian had caught her and brought her to the Providence Veterinary Clinic for a spay abort procedure. A couple of days ago, we received news that the cat had died at the clinic due to "an underlying condition," and her recovery did not go well, according to Dr. Issa, the veterinarian. This news was unexpected, and we are unsure what happened. We have rescued more than 20 cats that we brought to Doc Gab's Low-Cost Kapon, and several of them have undergone spay abortions while being in worse condition than the stray cat from tapsihan, and they all survived. We were too late to save her, and we are deeply saddened by her loss. We never had the chance to give her the love and care she deserved at home. We can't ignore what has happened; this is the story of the pregnant stray cat from tapsihan. We loved her and have shed tears over her passing, feeling guilty for not getting her in time, we're too late.”

Some of the staffs are arrogant and don't have compassion at all. As i observed on how they handle feedbacks, they just concentrate on how will they defend their clinic instead of improving their service. Ma cocompare mo tuloy service nila sa ibang vet clinics.
