I had a great experience with Prime Medical Laboratory. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. What I appreciated most was how quickly they provided my results and how patient they were in explaining everything to me. Highly recommended!!!

Whoever handles their social media page should take a break! Especially the one that I have spoken with. I asked nicely, and you replied in a not-so-demure and passive way. Only to find out yung ni re-refer na OB is for general check-ups only. Not a Sono OB. Pumasok kayo sa business, you should have at least know how to provide decent customer service! Proper construction of sentences leads to more customers. This is just my personal experience with them. This is not an attack on their business. Have some room for improvement in your laboratory since you have named your page “2.0” In response to Prime Medical Laboratory: Thank you for your prompt and considerate response. I hope that this same level of professionalism is reflected on your Facebook page as well. As some have claimed, “The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making me feel comfortable throughout the process.” I hope this is merely an isolated incident and that your Facebook Admin was just having a bad day.
