Very friendly and accommodating vet. They really do their best especially when we are in manila and our dog got sick living alone with our teenage daughter. I call them immediately if they can help with our Luffy. We talked through phone only and luckily our dog survive. They helped us a lot.❤️
Had to bring my dog for an emergency and the accommodation is great! Their contact number works and they respond relatively quick. The staff knows what they're doing and the veterinarian explains everything she does and all the tests and their purpose every step of the way. Very clean and very organized clinic and it is not surprising that they have always a line outside.
Secretary/receptionist has good people skills. Knows how to attend to waiting clients despite long queues. Veterinary Doctor is very patient & detailed in explaining to pet owners info or prognosis of their pets.
